HMCS Cedarwood (AGSC 539) was a surveying vessel in the Royal Canadian Navy.
The wood boat was built as RCASC General Schmindlin (and MV JE Kinney) by Smith & Rhuland, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia and commissioned in 1948.
It was sold in 1958 and converted as a replica of Paddle Steamer Beaver (also as Commodore) and sold in 1959.
